Customer Satisfaction: At Barrel Designs, we stand behind the quality of our furnishings and will make every effort to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping estimates apply to the lower 48 states.  Alaska and Hawaii will be higher, please contact us for an exact quote.  Charges are applied per address.  Some larger and or heavier items may require a delivery surcharge in addition to the estimated shipping charge.  Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping charges.   We are unable to ship to APO addresses or foreign countries.

Delivery: Most items ship within 2-3 weeks. Some select items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Many items are in stock and may ship in as little as 3-5 days. Delivery on custom orders will vary by piece. If you have specific delivery requests please be in touch and we will make every effort to comply. Most items come assembled, limited assembly is required on some items.

Returns and Exchanges: To return or exchange an item, include original receipt, and ship the item prepaid, in original condition to: Barrel Designs Returns, 305 Deer Run Drive, Mountain Home, TX 78058. We accept returns for up to 10 days from receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns on customized pieces. Depending on your order, a restocking fee may apply. If you have any questions, please be in touch with a Barrel Designs representative using the information below. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond.

Please Note: Due to the unique nature of materials used in our designs, every piece will reflect its own personality. Variations can occur in color, texture, grain and final finished appearance. All measurements and weights are approximates. Since each barrel piece has its own characteristics, each piece is truly unique. These charming variations add to the originality and authenticity and should not be considered a defect or flaw. Custom sizing can be done on most items. Barrel Heads come with a variety of cooperage imprints and will vary from table to table. If you are looking for a design that you don't see here, contact us! We are constantly creating new pieces that may not yet appear on our Web site.
